For over 30 years, Harbor House Foundation has been more than just a provider of affordable housing—we’ve been a partner in life transformation. Founded by Tom and Connie Jones, experienced pastors and community leaders, Harbor House has evolved from a small boarding school to a multi-faceted organization dedicated to supporting our residents at every stage of their journey.

What We Do

Resident-Centered Housing and Support At the heart of Harbor House is our commitment to offering safe, affordable, and high-quality housing. But we don’t stop at providing a place to live. Our residents benefit from a supportive community that addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Our Resident-centered approach means that we are here for our residents. When needed our programs are designed to empower residents to lead independent, fulfilling lives.

Engagement and Ministry Development Rooted in our Christian mission, we believe in nurturing both the body and the spirit. Our ministry programs offer practical training, spiritual growth opportunities, and community engagement activities. Whether through workshops, service projects, or one-on-one mentoring, we help those we serve find purpose and direction, all while contributing positively to their community.

Global Outreach Harbor House is also extending its mission globally. Our property in Germany, currently serving as a refuge for those displaced by conflict, is also a vibrant ministry and retreat center. This site not only hosts training and retreats but also connects with the community through cultural events, concerts, and weddings.
